Your new role

• Manage general affairs at a high-security tech lab, including personnel coordination, vendor management, and ISO documentation.

• Oversee access control operations using proprietary systems, including visitor handling and security card issuance.

• Communicate with both Japanese and international visitors, requiring intermediate English proficiency.

• Support facility operations and coordinate with internal departments and external partners.

• Contribute to maintaining a secure, efficient, and globally integrated testing environment for mobile network technologies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Over 5 years of professional work experience

• Ability to communicate in English for tasks such as visitor handling

• TOEIC score of 600 or higher, or equivalent English proficiency
