Your new role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborate with hiring managers, conduct interviews in Japanese, and support onboarding communication and orientation
- Identify training needs, organize and deliver local-language training sessions, and evaluate program effectiveness
- Support performance management cycles, guide managers on reviews, and handle employee relations and investigations
- Manage local C&B programs, oversee payroll processes, and coordinate with vendors on allowances and statutory reporting
- Maintain HR documentation, ensure labor law compliance, manage offboarding, and support policy development and standardization
- Act as the point of contact for office operations, support GM’s admin tasks, and domestic business trips for interviews, training, and employee engagement
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in HR fields (eg: HR assistant), knowledge in working with payroll vendor
- Ability to report in English
- Experience of working in global environment is a plus
