Position Overview
This role leads to internal investigations related to compliance matters, including whistleblower reports, fraud, and regulatory breaches. You will work within a global compliance framework, collaborating with regional counterparts and contributing to a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage internal investigations triggered by whistleblower reports or compliance concerns
  • Handle cases involving fraud, bribery, data privacy, and regulatory violations
  • Collaborate with global compliance leaders and regional managers
  • Develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures
  • Mentor and guide a small team of compliance professionals (3 members)
Qualifications
Required:
  • Proven experience in compliance investigations, internal audit, legal, or risk management
  • High ethical standards and discretion
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency
  • Business-level English (reading, writing, and speaking) for global meetings and collaboration
Preferred:
  • Experience in Big 4 consulting firms or multinational corporations
  • Legal qualifications or relevant academic background
  • Experience working cross-functionally across departments
