We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to drive growth in Japan for our cutting-edge network intelligence and digital experience monitoring platform. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and is passionate about helping enterprise customers optimize their digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing across enterprise accounts in Japan
Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand market presence and customer adoption
Build strong relationships with IT decision-makers, including CIOs, network architects, and infrastructure leaders
Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure long-term customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales, ideally in networking, observability, or infrastructure monitoring
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of cloud, hybrid environments, and modern enterprise IT architectures
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with network performance monitoring, digital experience monitoring, or internet visibility tools
Experience selling to large enterprises, including financial services, telecom, and manufacturing sectors
Background in working with channel partners or system integrators in Japan
