A global cybersecurity leader seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales efforts in Japan. This role will oversee a small team of sales professionals and focus on driving growth across identity security, privileged access management, and cloud protection solutions. Experience selling into financial services is a strong advantage, though not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals focused on enterprise and regulated industries.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, pipeline development, and deal execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, system integrators, and channel partners.
Collaborate with global teams across product, marketing, and operations to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Monitor market trends, regulatory shifts, and customer feedback to inform strategy and execution.
Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in managing and developing sales teams.
Background in cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise software.
Experience selling into financial services is a plus.
Deep understanding of Japan’s enterprise market and business culture.
Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
Bachelor’s degree required; technical or business-related field preferred.
