Senior Sales Manager
A global cybersecurity leader seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales efforts in Japan. This role will oversee a small team of sales professionals and focus on driving growth across identity security, privileged access management, and cloud protection solutions. Experience selling into financial services is a strong advantage, though not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals focused on enterprise and regulated industries.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, pipeline development, and deal execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, system integrators, and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with global teams across product, marketing, and operations to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory shifts, and customer feedback to inform strategy and execution.
  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing and developing sales teams.
  • Background in cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise software.
  • Experience selling into financial services is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Japan’s enterprise market and business culture.
  • Fluent in
    Japanese and English
    (both written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; technical or business-related field preferred.
