A global leader in design and engineering software solutions, seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join their Japan team.
This is a product-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging with customers to drive adoption and renewals of cutting-edge software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound sales activities for a portfolio of design and engineering software products.
Engage with existing customers to support renewals, upsell opportunities, and product education.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver targeted campaigns and messaging.
Provide product-focused consultations to help customers maximize value and usage.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline activity, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Work closely with channel partners and internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and retention.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or product-focused sales roles.
Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based software models.
Ability to understand and articulate technical product features and benefits.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
