Your new role

• Lead financial planning for revenue and margin performance in the local market.
• Conduct financial modelling and analysis to support strategic decisions and respond to internal requests.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to evaluate performance trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Perform ROI assessments for operating expenses and capital investments.
• Use enterprise financial systems to manage forecasting and monthly close processes, ensuring clarity in reporting to senior leadership.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum five years of experience in a finance-related role, ideally within a global organisation with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong command of both English and Japanese at a business communication level.
• Solid foundation in accounting and financial principles, supported by a relevant academic background (finance or accounting degree preferred).
• Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence across teams, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and analytical strength, with a track record of partnering successfully with key stakeholders.
• Experience using enterprise financial platforms or reporting tools is advantageous.
