Your new role

As an HRBP, you will manage, including but not limited to:
  • Help leaders make changes that improve performance and strengthen the organization’s people.
  • Work with HR experts to meet team needs and make smart decisions about people based on business goals.
  • Advise managers on issues like morale, performance, and team development, and suggest solutions.
  • Lead training sessions and support tools for performance reviews and reward programs.
  • Handle complaints that may have legal risks, decide how serious they are, and take action based on company rules.


What you'll need to succeed

At least 3 years of HRBP experience

Fluent level of Japanese
Business level of English
