Your new role
As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth customer operations. You’ll manage orders, coordinate with internal departments, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.
Process and manage customer orders and inquiries
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and sales teams
Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting
Support promotional activities and product launches
Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel and business systems (CRM/ERP preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in wellness and health-related products
