Your new role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be a key player in the sales administration team, ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to support the delivery of life-saving products.
What you'll need to succeed
3+ years of experience in customer service operations (order management, procurement, invoicing, etc.)
Familiarity with Oracle and SAP systems
Strong customer-first mindset and leadership potential
Team-oriented and proactive in process improvement
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce, Anywhere365 a plus
Comfortable participating in English meetings
