Your new role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be a key player in the sales administration team, ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to support the delivery of life-saving products.


  • Enter and manage order data using Oracle, ensuring timely delivery
  • Handle various order channels (manual, web, CSV)
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, distributors, and internal departments
  • Support both direct and distributor-based sales models
  • Maintain product and customer master data
  • Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal for compliance
  • Manage invoices using dedicated tools


What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service operations (order management, procurement, invoicing, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Oracle and SAP systems

  • Strong customer-first mindset and leadership potential

  • Team-oriented and proactive in process improvement

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce, Anywhere365 a plus

  • Comfortable participating in English meetings
