Your new role

  • Enter and manage order data in Oracle from placement to delivery

  • Handle various order channels (manual, web, CSV, etc.)

  • Respond to customer, distributor, and internal inquiries via email and phone

  • Support both direct and distributor-based sales models

  • Maintain and update product and customer master data

  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate forecasting and on-time delivery

  • Provide high-quality customer support to enhance satisfaction

  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure compliance

  • Manage invoices using dedicated tools

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in customer service operations (order management, procurement, import, invoicing, etc.)

  • Experience with core systems like Oracle and SAP

  • Strong customer-oriented mindset and leadership potential

  • Team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Flexible and proactive in improving existing processes

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; comfortable using IT tools like Salesforce and Anywhere365
