Your new role
Enter and manage order data in Oracle from placement to delivery
Handle various order channels (manual, web, CSV, etc.)
Respond to customer, distributor, and internal inquiries via email and phone
Support both direct and distributor-based sales models
Maintain and update product and customer master data
Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate forecasting and on-time delivery
Provide high-quality customer support to enhance satisfaction
Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure compliance
Manage invoices using dedicated tools
What you'll need to succeed
3+ years of hands-on experience in customer service operations (order management, procurement, import, invoicing, etc.)
Experience with core systems like Oracle and SAP
Strong customer-oriented mindset and leadership potential
Team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
Flexible and proactive in improving existing processes
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; comfortable using IT tools like Salesforce and Anywhere365
