In an advertising company, the　IT Infrastructure Supervisor

Responsible for:
  • Overall management and operation of internal IT infrastructure
  • Leading the help desk team and building support systems
  • Administration of Windows OS, Office products, and Active Directory
  • Providing on-site and remote support to internal users
  • Managing devices such as AV equipment, multifunction printers, and IP phones
  • Utilizing tools like VMware, Intune, Symantec, and RSA Secure ID for system setup and operations
  • Handling trouble tickets via JIRA and ServiceDesk platforms
  • Supporting market data applications (Bloomberg, Factset, Quick, etc.)
  • Managing BCP environments and office relocation projects

Work Conditions
  • Overtime: Less than 20 hours per month
  • Salary Range: Up to 10 million yen annually
  • Language Skills: Japanese N2 or above, English at business level
