Our client, a fast-growing global technology company specializing in data infrastructure and cloud solutions, is seeking a Inside Sales Representative to support its expanding customer base in Japan. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping customers solve complex IT challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Management: Engage with inbound and outbound leads, qualify opportunities, and manage the early stages of the sales cycle.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with IT decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with field sales, channel partners, and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and conversion.
Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the client’s data storage and cloud solutions to effectively position value to prospects.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular updates on pipeline and performance metrics.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or sales support in the IT or cloud technology sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Fluent in Japanese and comfortable with English in a business context.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
