Our client, a global leader in enterprise data solutions, is seeking a
Partner Account Manager
to lead a high-impact strategic partnership with one of Japan’s largest system integrators, NTT Data.
This is a unique opportunity to drive joint business initiatives, influence go-to-market strategy, and help shape the future of data infrastructure and cloud transformation in Japan.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Management: Own and grow the partnership with NTT Data, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Joint GTM Execution: Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, including solution development, pipeline generation, and co-selling strategies.
- Cloud Collaboration: Support partner-led cloud transformation initiatives by leveraging your understanding of cloud platforms and services.
- Sales Enablement: Provide training, tools, and resources to partner teams to effectively position and sell the client’s solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance, pipeline, and revenue contribution. Deliver regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, technical, and alliance teams to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner/channel management, preferably in the
IT infrastructure or cloud space. - Proven success managing strategic SI relationships, ideally with NTT Data or similar.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, data storage, and digital transformation trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus.
