Your new role

The Jr. HRBP will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, and managing core HR data. This role requires hands-on experience in either payroll data management or time & attendance systems, along with strong communication and organisational skills.

What you'll need to succeed

- 3 years of HR experience
- HR operation experience

- Fluent Japanese & Business English
