Your new role
As a Data Analyst (Business Operations), you will play a key role in supporting business growth through data-driven insights. You will be responsible for analysing business and revenue data, building and maintaining dashboards using BI tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales to provide actionable recommendations. You will also help design and improve data collection, processing, and visualisation workflows.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working with marketing or business data, strong Excel and BI tool skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese (native level) and English (business level). Previous experience in a data analysis or business operations role will be highly valued.

What you'll get in return

You will receive an hourly rate of ¥1,800–2,000 plus commuting expenses. This is a long-term hake position with working hours from 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday, and one day of remote work per week.
