Your new role

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess performance, enhance productivity, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews, variance analyses, and create visual summaries to support strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to budgeting and long-term planning processes, coordinating with domestic and international stakeholders.
• Enhance internal reporting tools and dashboards using platforms like Power BI and ERP systems.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support evolving business needs.
• Report directly to senior leadership on financial planning and special initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of working experience in corporate FP&A
• Power BI or other data visualisation/reporting experience preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Bookkeeping certificate required
• US CPA, Japan CPA, or CFA preferred
