We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Account Executive
to join a leading American SaaS company expanding its presence in Japan. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about helping businesses adopt innovative software solutions.
About the Role
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients across Japan. You’ll lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing, while working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities and manage existing accounts within the commercial segment
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and forecasts using CRM tools
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
