【Your new role 】
Office management (lease, space planning, relocations, refurbishments)
Compliance with global guidelines
Financial oversight (payments, budgeting, variance analysis)
Vendor and landlord relations
Maintenance and security systems
Driving sustainability initiatives
Risk and assurance (insurance, emergency plans)
Managing operations staff (PAs, receptionist, facilities)
Onboarding and HR collaboration
Organizing social events and CSR programs
【What you'll need to succeed 】
5+ years in office management, including staff supervision
Native-level Japanese and business-level English
Experience in professional services industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to build relationships across teams
Composure and sound judgment under pressure
