Planning and responsible implementation / coordination of market and customer activities to achieve the given budget (business / account plan)
Negotiating and entering into an agreements with customers in accordance with the conditions/pricing strategy
Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers on site
Continuous updating of the CRM / customer master data, preparation of travel reports, price and condition negotiations and implementation (customer contract), conducting annual meetings and corresponding contract negotiations
Regular analysis of the market situation regarding the customers, products and competition, analysis of listings and sales, implementation of steps to develop the market in close coordination with product management, marketing and pricing
Active participation in customer events and trade fairs
Continuous market observation and information provision
Responsible implementation of customer visits (outlets) in consultation with the IKAMs, Head of Sales (Region) and Account Managers
Coordination of customer activities (campaigns, inhouse-exhibitions, workshop visits, trainings) to the given goals
Obtaining and expanding existing customer relationships on site in relevant outlets
Continuous updating of the CRM / customer master data, creation of travel reports
Ensuring the implementation of marketing actions for the development of the market by the customer in close coordination with the Account Manager
Organizing of local info-evenings at customers/branches/workshops
Active participation in customer events and trade fairs
Constant observation of the market, competitors and providing information
