Your new role

• Lead complex IT infrastructure projects across multiple sites, including cloud migration, infrastructure setup, and operations design.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive issue resolution, risk management, and team development to deliver high-quality ITO services.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure and ITO services.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with SLA and vendor management.
• The ability to read English documentation and communicate via email; PMP, ITIL, or cloud certifications are a plus.
