Your new role

• Lead strategic and operational recruitment initiatives to support business growth

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in HRBP/talent related positions
• Experience on the strategic talent side, large size company
• Native level in Japanese, business level in English
