Your new role
- Lead strategic and operational recruitment initiatives to support business growth
- Drive market-wide talent strategy, including succession planning, talent mapping, and tailored solutions aligned with business needs
- Identify and implement training programs to foster a culture of continuous learning and enhance employee capabilities
- Deliver engaging onboarding experiences and internal initiatives
- Strengthen employer brand presence and candidate experience through strategic outreach and partnerships
- Provide inspirational leadership to build high-performing, collaborative teams aligned with company values
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in HRBP/talent related positions
- Experience on the strategic talent side, large size company
- Native level in Japanese, business level in English
