Your new role
- Partner with retail leadership to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance review cycles
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, identify training needs, and coordinate learning programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, analyze HR data, and recommend improvements
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of HR experience, strong in talent acquisition
- Experience in B2C industry, basic knowledge of labor laws, etc
- Native level in Japanese, business level in English
