Your new role

  • Partner with retail leadership to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support
  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance review cycles
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, identify training needs, and coordinate learning programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, analyze HR data, and recommend improvements

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of HR experience, strong in talent acquisition
  • Experience in B2C industry, basic knowledge of labor laws, etc
  • Native level in Japanese, business level in English
