Your new role
- Oversee and manage the operations of the customer center
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the customer center
- Propose service improvements based on customer feedback and optimize costs while enhancing quality
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years of experience in customer service centre
- Experience in KPI management
- Experience in BPO, project management is a plus
- Native in Japanese
