Your new role

  • Oversee and manage the operations of the customer center
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the customer center
  • Propose service improvements based on customer feedback and optimize costs while enhancing quality

What you'll need to succeed

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service centre
  • Experience in KPI management
  • Experience in BPO, project management is a plus
  • Native in Japanese
