Your new role
- Handle inquiries and provide support to parents and students via face-to-face, email, and phone communication
- Conduct school and curriculum guidance sessions for prospective families (no sales quotas)
- Manage student schedules, including absences and makeup classes
- Support new student onboarding, including document and material preparation
- Plan and organize seasonal school events
- Assist with general school operations and administrative tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in customer service or related fields
- Native in Japanese, business level in English
