Your new role
Client Engagement: Coordinate and prepare for client/prospect meetings, including briefing notes, presentation materials, and follow-ups.
Enquiry Management: Respond to client questions on products, portfolios, market insights, and servicing topics—often under tight deadlines.
Sales Support: Assist with RFPs, pitch materials, and qualification for new business opportunities.
Internal Collaboration: Liaise with teams across portfolio management, compliance, legal, operations, and trading to ensure seamless client service.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in client services/client-facing roles in the Financial Services industry.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
