• Provide legal guidance to business units and internal legal teams
• Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with business goals
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, outsourcing, teaming agreements, SOWs, amendments, settlements, etc.)
• Support contract negotiations, compliance, and regulatory matters
• Advise on Board matters and corporate governance
• Assist with real estate and property management legal issues
• Provide legal support in cybersecurity, data protection, and financial regulations
• Handle disputes, litigation, and investigations, including stakeholder reporting
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams and serve as a trusted legal advisor
• Stay up to date with company and client legal standards and apply them consistently

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of relevant legal experience, including 2+ years in a similar role
• Proven expertise in corporate legal matters, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance
• Strong legal research skills and a continuous learning mindset
• Certifications such as CCC (Certified Corporate Counsel) or CCEP (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders
