Your new role

  • Drive strategic HR projects focused on building a high-performing culture
  • Collaborate with related teams to develop and implement a comprehensive transition plan to support talents
  • Act as a strategic partner to key function leaders, supporting talent development and acquisition planning, enhancing employee engagement across assigned functions
  • Represent Japan in global HR initiatives, working closely with global Centers of Excellence

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in HRBP
  • Experience of complex project management
  • Business level in Japanese and English
