Your new role
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for new graduates and mid-career professionals, including planning and stakeholder coordination
- Manage recruitment operations, including budgeting, KPI design, monthly reporting, and optimization of applicant tracking systems
- Enhance candidate experience through strategic initiatives and oversee employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
- Oversee contingent workforce and diversity hiring
- Lead and develop the talent acquisition team, managing workload distribution and supporting the growth of team members
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of experience in TA
- Knowledge and experience with recruitment management system
