Your new role

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for new graduates and mid-career professionals, including planning and stakeholder coordination
• Manage recruitment operations, including budgeting, KPI design, monthly reporting, and optimization of applicant tracking systems
• Enhance candidate experience through strategic initiatives and oversee employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
• Oversee contingent workforce and diversity hiring
• Lead and develop the talent acquisition team, managing workload distribution and supporting the growth of team members

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience in TA
• Knowledge and experience with recruitment management system
