Your new role
Lead payroll processing, including off-cycle payments, bonuses, and year-end tax compliance
Supervise daily operations, allocate resources efficiently, monitor workflow, resolve escalated payroll issues while maintaining global process consistency through cross-regional collaboration
Analyze and enhance payroll processes, implement best practices, and drive innovative solutions
Provide staff orientation and ongoing training, while staying current with payroll-related legislation
Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in payroll, 2+ years of management
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge on Japanese tax, labour regulations, payroll related systems, etc
- Business level in English
