Your new role
- Develop and execute HR strategies
- Lead talent management initiatives, design and implement leadership development programs
- Drive culture change initiatives to foster engagement, collaboration, and innovation
- Collaborate closely with overseas stakeholders and divisional leaders
What you'll need to succeed
- 8+ years of experience in HR related fields
- Experienced in talent management, culture development
- Native level in Japanese, business level in English
