Your new role

• Lead and mentor a team in C&B area, ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and performance
• Oversee evaluation systems, work rules, and benefits while driving process efficiency and maintaining strong union relationships
• Manage key HR metrics such as headcount, labor costs, and overtime to support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and provide trusted guidance
• Work closely with other managers to build a high-performing team and serve as a role model for continuous growth

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in related HR role
• Knowledge in C&B, payroll area, HR software and systems
• Experience in people management
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Native level in Japanese
• English is a plus
