Your new role

  • Manage monthly attendance and overtime data, prepare payroll inputs, and handle bonus and salary simulations for office staff
  • Collaborate with PIC in stores to support labor management and payroll data
  • Oversee company-wide benefits procedures and drive improvements
  • Aggregate and report payroll-related data for accounting, legal compliance, and global headquarters submissions
  • Update internal policies in response to legal changes and propose enhancements to current systems and benefits
  • Other HR-related projects

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of HR Ops-related experience in a middle to large-sized company
  • Experience in managing, analysing data with office tools
  • Native level Japanese, business level English
