Your new role
- Support recruitment operations including agency coordination, interview scheduling, and event assistance
- Manage HR systems, attendance tracking, and labor-related procedures
- Support planning and execution of hiring events
- Provide support including schedule management for senior leadership
- Assist with general office operations, administrative tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in related fields
- Native level in Japanese, business level in English
