Your new role

The Japan IT Audit Head is responsible for overseeing all IT audit activities within Japan. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with senior management and global audit teams. The position ensures that IT audits are conducted effectively, aligned with regulatory requirements and MetLife’s audit

What you'll need to succeed

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct IT risk assessments and develop the Japan IT audit plan.
Lead and manage the Japan IT audit team, fostering career development and technical growth.
Build strong relationships with senior leadership, control functions, and regulators.
Represent the audit function in executive meetings and committees.
Apply audit methodology to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
Provide timely and relevant reporting on audit activities to senior stakeholders.
Coordinate with regional, global, and external auditors to ensure alignment and audit reliance.
Prepare clear and concise audit reports for senior management.
