Your new role
Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the account opening process, ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements (like KYC/AML) are met.
Issue Resolution: Respond to enquiries via phone, email, or chat—troubleshooting platform issues, trade queries, or account concerns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, operations, and tech teams to resolve complex client needs and improve service delivery.
Process Improvement: Identify ways to enhance the client experience and streamline onboarding or support workflows
What you'll need to succeed
- 1+ year in client services in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English
