- Taking customer enquiries

- Analyse Relevant KPI and Report Outcomes with Reasons and Action


What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelors degree or higher

- Experience in order management /sales or call centre

- Proficient in Excel (analysis)

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- Native Japanese, Business English
