Your new role

  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and vendor operations

  • Develop and align compensation programs, benefits with global standards while tailoring them to local needs

  • Drive consistency and optimization of C&B strategies and benefits

  • Lead budgeting and reporting processes, delivering insights through accurate data analysis and standardized reporting

  • Coach and develop the C&B team, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting continuous growth


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree and above

  • 7+ years of experience in C&B, 1+ years of management/leadership experience

  • Knowledge of Japanese systems, laws, etc

  • Native level Japanese, business level English
