What you'll need to succeed

学歴/経験
•理系学士号（または同等）またはM.D. •GCP、GPSPおよびGDPに関する知識 •医薬品または医療機器業界（CROを含む）における5年以上の実務経験験（ただし，M.D.の場合は業界での実務経験を問わない） •優れたコミュニケーション能力（書面および口頭） •ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル（TOEIC800点以上）

望ましい/スキル・知識・経験
•理系修士号またはそれ以上(M.D. or Ph.D.) •麻酔科領域での経験 •治験の実施若しくは承認取得の達成につながる1つ以上の臨床開発プロジェクトでのリーダーシップの発揮およびプロジェクト管理の経験 •プロジェクト管理、人材育成、若しくは組織管理において、結果につながる成果を出した経験 •KOL（Key Opinion Leader）マネジメント、Advisory Board Meeting等のKOLを巻き込んだ企画・開催などの経験
