Your new role

• Assist with recruitment and interview scheduling and work closely with the HRBP
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documents
• Help with payroll and benefits coordination
• Respond to employee inquiries and support HR policies
• Assist in organizing training and employee engagement activities

What you'll need to succeed

• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred (open to junior candidates)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Business-level Japanese and English (if applicable)
