Are you ready to lead clinical supply operations for high-impact global trials? A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Manager, Global Clinical Supply to join their Japan-based team and play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and compliant delivery of investigational medicinal products (IMPs) across all clinical phases (I–IV).

Your new role

• Lead end-to-end clinical supply activities for Japan-based and multinational trials.
• Develop and execute tailored supply strategies, packaging designs, and import plans.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure seamless IMP distribution.
• Manage relationships with packaging vendors, import agents, and warehouse partners.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, GMP, GCP, and local regulatory requirements.
• Act as a key representative in cross-functional teams and contribute to global strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in clinical supply chain management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese regulatory requirements and global GxP standards.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English (business level).
• Experience with vendor management, import/export logistics, and GMP documentation.
