Your new role
Before any document is finalised, confirmation is obtained and recorded from all required departments that they have reviewed and approved it.
Gathers and consolidates remarks from both internal and client stakeholders, updating the draft accordingly for further assessment.
Oversees the end-to-end process of preparing, finalising, and distributing reinsurance documentation that supports both client requirements and company goals.
Plays a key role in quality control by reviewing documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
What you'll need to succeed
Over 5 years experience of contract, legal or treaty management
JD, paralegal or other legal training is preferred
Skilled in contract lifecycle management and legal documentation, with in-depth expertise in insurance law and reinsurance compliance
Native level Japanese, Business level English
