Your new role

• Before any document is finalised, confirmation is obtained and recorded from all required departments that they have reviewed and approved it.

• Gathers and consolidates remarks from both internal and client stakeholders, updating the draft accordingly for further assessment.

• Oversees the end-to-end process of preparing, finalising, and distributing reinsurance documentation that supports both client requirements and company goals.

• Plays a key role in quality control by reviewing documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Over 5 years experience of contract, legal or treaty management

• JD, paralegal or other legal training is preferred

• Skilled in contract lifecycle management and legal documentation, with in-depth expertise in insurance law and reinsurance compliance

• Native level Japanese, Business level English
