Your new role

• Conduct systematic monitoring and evaluation of legal and regulatory amendments, as well as judicial precedent developments, to mitigate potential legal risks in advance

• Support for the drafting, review, and negotiation of various commercial contracts, including installation agreements, advertising distribution agreements, agency agreements, and outsourcing agreements

• Established a framework for collaborating with external counsel to report and provide recommendations to management on significant contractual and legal risks

• Provide legal review and advice on disclosure documents (e.g., securities reports, timely disclosures) to ensure compliance with the Financial Instruments

• Systematically develop and revise group-wide internal regulations, policies, and operational rules in response to changes in laws and the business environment

What you'll need to succeed

• Native level Japanese with Business level English, Chinese language is a plus
  
  

• Over 7 years experience in legal, compliance, IH

• Bengoshi Gaiben is welcomed

• Start up, venture, B2B, IT is preferred

What you'll get in return
