Your new role

• Handles end-to-end hiring processes and ensures smooth onboarding in alignment with organizational needs
• Works closely with managers and HR partners to ensure effective, fair, and transparent hiring decisions
• Supports long-term talent strategies by addressing workforce gaps and building strong candidate pipelines.
• Drives recruitment efficiency and enhances employer visibility through continuous process optimization and branding initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• B2C industry experience is a plus
• Native level Japanese, business level English
