Your new role
- Focus on aligning workforce structure and HR systems with business goals through planning, design, and policy implementation
- Drive employee growth and organizational vitality through development programs and engagement initiatives
- Manage daily HR functions and ensures smooth coordination with regional and global teams
- Ensure legal compliance and foster healthy labor-management relations
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Native-level Japanese and business-level Korean or Native-level Korean and business-level Japanese
- Experience in startup company is a plus
