Your new role

• Order processing EDI, SFDC, and SAP

• Handling order-related enquiries via phone and email using designated systems

• Extracting, creating, and analysing order-related data using SAP and Excel

• Creating and updating SAP customer master data, including settings relevant to customer accounts and products

• Supporting global or regional projects, such as attending meetings and execution of testing

What you'll need to succeed

• Native level Japanese, Business level English
  
  

• Over 3 years of customer support/order processing experience in any industry

• Processing SAP-extracted data using Excel; capable of using basic macros

• Experience in logistics/supply chain is welcomed

• SAP/SFDC experience is welcomed
