Your new role

• Develop and maintain personnel systems and regulations in line with legal and organizational standards
• Oversee daily HR processes such as payroll, attendance, etc
• Promote employee health and safety through wellness programs, mental health care, etc
• Manage HR coordination across group companies and international mobility
• Use personnel data to analyze trends and plan effective HR strategies

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience in HR operation
• Native level Japanese, Korean and English is a plus
• People management experience
