Your new role
- Develop and maintain personnel systems and regulations in line with legal and organizational standards
- Oversee daily HR processes such as payroll, attendance, etc
- Promote employee health and safety through wellness programs, mental health care, etc
- Manage HR coordination across group companies and international mobility
- Use personnel data to analyze trends and plan effective HR strategies
- People management
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience in HR operation
- Native level Japanese, Korean and English is a plus
- People management experience
