Your new role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, develop recruitment strategies
- Administer payroll and social insurance processes in compliance with Japanese labor laws and company policies
- Ensure HR operations comply with Japanese labor laws through accurate filings and up-to-date legal knowledge
- Develop and implement HR policies
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of HRGA experience
- Basic knowledge of Japanese labour law
- Native Japanese & Business English
