Your new role

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, develop recruitment strategies
  • Administer payroll and social insurance processes in compliance with Japanese labor laws and company policies
  • Ensure HR operations comply with Japanese labor laws through accurate filings and up-to-date legal knowledge
  • Develop and implement HR policies

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of HRGA experience
  • Basic knowledge of Japanese labour law
  • Native Japanese & Business English
