Your new role

Your responsibilities include

  • Handle order processing and purchasing operations, including communication with domestic and international clients
  • Provide support to sales representatives, including the preparation of quotations and proposal documents
  • Create and send invoices and delivery notes
  • Prepare and manage documents related to import/export operations
  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Other administrative general jobs in the sales department

What you'll need to succeed

  • Administration experience in trading or sales

  • Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, Email...)

  • Native level Japanese, Business level English
