Your new role

This position is for an assistant manager in the accounting team to assist the CPA manager and others in managing the process of preparing financial statements for the group, a global insurance group, with a focus on Japanese GAAP, but also including international accounting standards.

What you'll need to succeed

1 Accounting experience in JGAAP or IFRS for 3+ years
2 Fluent Japanese and conversational English
3 Skills to manage accounting processes with an understanding of the purpose of internal controls
4 Skills to understand accounting processes and communicate closely with team members, other departments, etc.
